Tuition, Fees, Expenses Due Dates
Tuition and fees are due on or before the 1st lesson of each quarter or summer session. A late fee of $15.00 is added to tuition not received at the beginning of a term.

Withdrawals & Refunds
Registration fees, Performance Class venue fees, and recital fees, are non-refundable. If a student is obliged to withdraw after payment of tuition and fees, the following will apply:

• Notice of withdrawal and requests for refunds must be made to the Studio in writing. Verbal notices or requests will not be accepted. The date of withdrawal will be the date on which the Studio is notified in writing.
• 40% refund will be given if notice is received in writing 24 hours before the second scheduled lesson.
• 25% refund will be given if notice is received in writing 24 hours before the third scheduled lesson.
• No refund will be given after the third scheduled lesson.

Students are charged for all the lessons for which they register, including those missed through student absence. In the event the teacher cancels a lesson, a makeup lesson will be offered at a mutually convenient time. During the summer term every effort is made to accommodate camps and extended time away.

The teachers reserve the right to cancel two lessons during the school year, without makeup, for emergency or illness.

Tardiness
Students who are late for a lesson cannot be guaranteed their full lesson time. Please be punctual regarding arrival and pick-up times.

Inclement Weather
The studio is not responsible for lessons missed due to weather conditions.

Parking
Please park as much in front of our studio as possible, on our side of the street.
